CFA TC

In a letter to all members of the Washington state House and Senate, Consumer Federation of America urged them to oppose SB 5062, the Washington Privacy Act, and a related measure, 2SHB 1850, the Washington Foundational Privacy Act, because they would  not provide adequate privacy protection and enforcement of individuals privacy rights. The bills subsequently failed to advance before the end of the legislative session.
